Important legal notice:
Payment is required before accessing generated letters. The current price is 249 CZK per letter.
By placing an order, the consumer requests that the letter be created immediately after payment and expressly consents to performance beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. The consumer acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully performed, i.e. when the finished letter is made available. Beyond what the law requires, Legamik contractually undertakes to refund the consumer the full price upon an e-mail request made before the finished letter is made available — regardless of the part of the service already provided.
Refund policy:
Until we make your finished letter available to you, we will refund the full amount you paid on request, regardless of whether we have already started creating it. This is a contractual guarantee beyond what the law requires. Once the finished letter has been made available, this guarantee no longer applies; your rights in the event of non-delivery and your rights arising from defective performance remain unaffected.
We also offer a "Refer & earn" programme: when you refer the service with your referral link or code and the referred person uses it to pay for their first letter order, you both receive one free follow-up letter. The reward can be used within 90 days, and one referrer can earn at most 5 rewards per calendar month.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Important Limitation:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legamik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or other intangible losses arising from the use of our service.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that triggered the claims.
We may amend these terms, in particular due to changes in legislation or service functions. The current wording is always published on the website and applies to orders placed after it takes effect. Orders already placed are governed by the wording in effect at the time of the order.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Czech courts have jurisdiction to resolve disputes; this is without prejudice to consumer rights under mandatory law, including consumer-protective jurisdiction rules.
